So, after a few more listenings, i keep my original oppinion: Future Memories CD 1 > Distant Earth CD 1.
Favourite tracks: All I need is you, Heartbeat, Apollo Road and This is your life (just for the "classic" trance pads).

Too many vocals! I don\'t know how to say it, but "Gold" is pretty much crappy, I don\'t know how it made it onto the album. I would prefered "In love with you" on the album instead of this track. There isn\'t that blend between vocal and non-vocal tracks like it was on "No Silence" and at one moment it becomes tiring to listen.

CD 2 is absolutely great ! I admit that I didn\'t expected such a beautiful track with Armin, but Andre did it, and what a result !

Overall, a good album, slightly weaker than "Future memories" due to the large amount of vocals, but it\'s OK. Well done, Andre !

Gold, If It`s Love, All I Need Is You, Running A Wrong Way, Where You Are (dieses Track finde ich am besten auf dem Album), Vice Versa, Moving Backwards, Distant Earth und Trinity sind zwar ziemlich gut, aber es geht hier keine Rede von den richtigen Hits, solchen wie My Everything, Swept Away, Future Memories, L.A. Nights, Ecstasy, Here With Me, I Don`t Wanna Stop usw.

Favs (CD I): Twisted Love, All I Need Is You, One More, Apollo Road, Heartbeat, Where You Are, This is Your Live (aber auch nur der Rhytmus, Text und Umsetzung der Vocals)

CD II hab ich noch nicht oft genug gehoert.

Ok, it\'s a time for my opinion. I have to agree with Stefann, there are some nice tracks on the CD1, however I listened them few times and thats all - I think I will not go back to them. I feel the vocal quality is better than the music background, which a little bit suprised me, because I was expecting something different. I enjoyed only "Apollo Road", "All I need Is You" and "Chapter One" on the first CD.

The 2nd CD on the other side is something completely different. Different style, different music quality, different emotions. I cant stop listening tracks "Vice Versa" with Armin Van Buuren, "Moments in Peace", "Distant Earth" and "Expanded Perception". Simply one the best chillout tracks I ever heard. Tracks are fresh, there are cool sound effects and whats the most impornant - the mood of the tracks are outstanding. I feel ATB is better nowadays in creating a unique, cool chillout tracks, than some great vocal trance (like Extasy was) but thats not worrying me, because ATB creates now so beautiful chillout tracks like those I found on the "Distant Earth" album.
Good job ATB !!!

I am very happy that ATB collaborate with Armin van Buuren & Dash Berlin. "Vice Versa" & "Apollo Road" are really cool tracks. In addition my favourite tracks are: "Move On", "Where You Are", "Twisted Love" and "White Letters" and the whole cd2.

In the future the Trilogy is my favourite album, but this album also great job!

After listening to CD 1 three times I\'ll try to tell you what I think about it...

Most of you wrote that there\'s a bad balance between vocal and non-vocal tracks - you\'re absolutely right! But the two tracks without vocals ("Chapter One" and "Apollo Road" are really good ones - would\'ve prefered some more like these.
Most of the other tracks somehow live from the quality and creativity of the vocals and Andr?\'s trance art work just stands in the background.

Anyway "Twisted Love (Vocal Version)" is much better than the Single. "All I need is you", "Move On" (nice mood and melody!) , "Heartbeat" and "Where you are" are somewhat "outstanding" if I\'d rank the other tracks in the class "average".

"Running a wrong way" was more disappointing for me - I like Rea Garveys voice a lot but the track is too short an seems inhomogeneous.

The tracks I like least are "Gold" and "This is your life" - mostly because of the style of the vocals (in contrast to that Jansoon\'s voice perfect in "Move On". I must say that "Gold" is a rather poor choice for a single - even the remixes don\'t make the sound much better to me - it just seems kind of idealess and there\'s nothing special to me. I\'m still a little disappointed, that Andr? never published burners like "Swept away" and "My saving Grace" from Future Memories as a single with a couple of remixes.

Overall CD 1 is a good one, but only with little surprises. I think 6 or 7 of the 14 tracks will make it onto my daily player - the rest rather remains in the bookshelf... Now I\'m looking foward to CD 2 - the track with Armin alredy sounds very classy

[MY REVIEW] For the trance/dance CD: Heartbeat, All I Need Is You, Where You Are, and Killing Me Inside are wicked! Apollo Road is not bad, I especially like the intro, but then it\'s too monotone. For the chillout CD, Be Like You is the best, followed by Magnetic Girl and Moments in Peace. The rest is boring.

I appreciate that Andre made this album so different from anything he has released before, quite original. Heartbeat will be a chart-topper when released and remixed. All I Need Is You brings amazing vocals. And Where You Are has a great energetic dance beat, coupled with great vocals from Kate Louise Smith (check out her vocals in Liberate, great track btw).

Gold is indeed one of the worst possible single choices; the Darbuck and Klein remix makes it better, but it\'s still not a wise choice. Besides, what\'s with all these people in the video? Looks very much like Twisted Love\'s video. I don\'t like the concept. I think the next singles should be Heartbeat, All I Need Is You, and Where You Are.

Was always happy by the directions that Andr? were taken with every new album until now!

Actually, i\'m kind of dessapointed, i expected something like the "evolution" of future memories (god i loved this one!!), also i was expecting at least one "Jades" song and one with "Roberta"

Like everyone else here i liked more the music from CD2, and my favourite tracks from CD1 are : "All I Need Is You", "Killing?me Inside", "Apollo Road" and "Where You Are" ..... the arpeggiator from "Move On" sounded very "Ecstasy" on my ears, and "This Is Your Life" sounds like the earlier Andr?\'s productions with SQ1 to me .... wich is a good thing

Beside, this Album is kind of different from the usual ATB\'s productions ... minimal backing with FOCUS on vocals and drums, all the tracks on CD1 are collaborations, and many tracks are over 6 min long ... i liked the way how "If It\'s Love" ends, very nice trick : recording the sound of hitting the space bar

Personally i don\'t think "Gold" is that bad! liked the reinforcement of the kickdrum with that square bassline ... and concerning the Vocal Version of Twisted Love; i prefer the "original" instrumental from "the DJ6" by so far
