I am posting this here, since it seems no one EVER replies to e-mails sent to network@atb-music.com. Hopefully I\'ll finally get a reply this way.
A few weeks back I have made a new account with the user name \'Leijo007\'. I already have an account with the user name \'Leijo\', but I do not know the password anymore (I forgot it some years ago), and I have been trying to contact someone every few months about this for the past two years (at least!). However, I never ever received any reply to any of my e-mails, and therefor I could not use my old account anymore. I still visited the forums on a regular basis, but I could only read other people\'s posts, since I couldn\'t log in to my old \'Leijo\' account anymore. Obviously, this bothered me.
That is why I have created a new account now, but if it is possible I would like to use my old account again. Both my accounts are registered to the same e-mail address: leijo [UNDERSCORE] 007 [AT] hotmail [DOT] com. Could you please tell me if it possible to get my old account (user name Leijo) back, instead of this new one (user name Leijo007), or merge them into one, or something like that?
And would it not be a good idea to add an \'I forgot my password\' function to the forums, so people can get a new password (or an e-mail with their original password) when they forgot theirs? That would have made things a lot easier for me a few years back, and I would still have been able to use my old account without any problems, simply by getting an e-mail with either my original password or a new one.
I hope I will finally get a reply this way. Thank you very much in advance for that.
